  • Custom-made items like picture frames or shadow boxes are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

  • Opened or used paints, inks, dyes, or chemicals
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof for verification.

4. Return Process

5. Refunds
