- Products such as casting materials, paints, inks, dyes, and similar items must be sealed and not opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Custom-made items like picture frames or shadow boxes are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used paints, inks, dyes, or chemicals
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos as proof for verification.
4. Return Process

- Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
